With over 20 years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with Dementia, Quadriplegia, & Developmental Disabilities across various settings- Day Programs, Schools, SIL, Job Coaching, & Community Participation.
Deeply passionate about elevating care standards for vulnerable populations by promoting dignity and respect, in every interaction — helping prevent neglect and reduce distress in care environments.
